About the event

Join us in Hyde Park (weather permitting) from 6pm-8pm for a hands-on workshop where you’ll explore media literacy, ethical storytelling, and content creation for mental health awareness.

Hosted by Lily Mott (CEO of Be the change. Media Network) and in partnership with Campus to Campus, you’ll learn how to:

  • Understand and navigate today’s media landscape

  • Tell stories ethically and with impact

  • Create your own podcast or blog

Work alongside other participants to practice your skills, develop your ideas, and start building something of your own. By the end of the workshop, you’ll walk away with the beginnings of your own blog and/or podcast and the confidence to keep or begin sharing your own story. Come ready to learn, collaborate, create, and make your voice heard!
